Google has announced a special offer for students in India, providing a free one-year subscription to its AI Pro Plan. The offer is open to students aged 18 or above who complete their registration by September 15, 2025.
The AI Pro Plan includes access to Google’s top AI tools and models. It brings Gemini AI features into popular Google apps like Gmail, Docs, and Sheets, along with 2TB of cloud storage space.
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, students must meet the following conditions:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be a resident of India
- Have a valid school email ID and be able to verify their student status if asked
- Own a personal Google Account
- Have a Google Payments account with a working payment method at the time of signing up
Additionally, the offer is not available to users who already have an active Google One subscription or are using a higher-tier plan than the one included in the offer.
What Does the Plan Include?
Students who qualify for the offer will get free access to the AI Pro Plan for one year. The plan provides a wide range of premium features, including:
- Access to the Gemini 2.5 Pro model and Deep Research mode powered by the same model
- Use of Veo 3 Fast, Google’s latest video generation model that syncs visuals with audio
- Access to Google Flow, a new AI filmmaking tool built on Veo 3 Fast
- Increased limits in NotebookLM, Google’s tool for research and writing support
- Gemini AI features built into Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and other Google Workspace apps
