The Google Pixel 10 series is expected to be officially unveiled on August 20, and ahead of the launch, fresh design renders of the base Pixel 10 model have surfaced online. The images reveal new colour choices and an updated rear camera setup, giving users a first look at what to expect from Google’s upcoming flagship.
According to recent reports, the Pixel 10 will come in four new colour options that are likely to be marketed as Indigo, Frost, Limoncello, and Obsidian. Indigo features a rich royal blue tone, while Frost offers a lighter blue finish. Limoncello appears to be a yellow-green shade, and Obsidian presents a classic black or dark grey option. The familiar Porcelain shade seen in the Pixel 9 series is notably missing from the upcoming lineup.
One of the major visual updates in the leaked renders is the rear camera module. While the Pixel 9 featured a dual camera system, the Pixel 10 is said to upgrade to a triple rear camera setup. The addition is expected to be a 10.8 megapixel telephoto sensor, similar to the one used in the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. The primary camera is tipped to be a 48 megapixel sensor, while the secondary is a 12 megapixel ultrawide lens. These are reported to be the same sensors found in the Pixel 9a.
The overall design of the Pixel 10 appears similar to its predecessor, with a slightly redesigned camera island to accommodate the third sensor. Reports also suggest that Google may use slightly smaller camera sensors compared to the previous model.
The Pixel 10 series is expected to debut at the upcoming Made by Google event and will likely include multiple variants such as the Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold, alongside the base model.
