GoodWorks Group, a workspace and technology ecosystem builder, has launched its first company-owned, GCC-focused technology park, named the GoodWorks Aerospace Park. The facility is located within the HiTech, Defence and Aerospace Industrial Park at Devanahalli, Bengaluru.
Spanning 300,000 square feet, the state-of-the-art campus is designed as a sustainable, LEED-certified, zero-carbon facility. It aims to serve Global Capability Centres (GCCs), enterprises and high-growth sectors such as aerospace, technology, defence and research.
Advancing sustainable GCC infrastructure
According to the company’s statement, the GoodWorks Aerospace Park will include advanced systems for energy and water efficiency, achieving a zero net carbon footprint in line with global ESG standards. Its strategic location near Kempegowda International Airport provides strong connectivity for multinational firms looking for secure, future-ready infrastructure to establish or expand their operations in India.
Beyond real estate: building the future of work
Vishwas Mudagal, Co-founder of GoodWorks Group, said the project goes beyond traditional real estate.
“This project represents our vision of creating iconic, sustainable campuses that will power India’s GCC revolution,” said Mudagal. “As a bootstrapped, debt-free, and profitable company, this milestone reinforces our commitment to building the future of work in India, brick by brick.”
His remarks reflect GoodWorks’ long-term ambition to become a key player in India’s growing GCC and innovation ecosystem.
A new era for sustainable workspaces
Co-founder Sonia Sharma called the Aerospace Park a bold step in redefining workspace design and sustainability.
“With the Aerospace Park, we’re taking a bold step by creating our own sustainable campus,” Sharma said. “This groundbreaking marks the start of a new era for GoodWorks, where we will set benchmarks in workspace design, sustainability, and community building for global enterprises.”
Her statement highlights GoodWorks’ focus on innovative workspace solutions that balance efficiency with environmental responsibility.
Empowering India’s GCC growth story
The GoodWorks Aerospace Park is envisioned as an ecosystem connecting GCCs, research institutions and next-generation industries under one sustainable framework. As India strengthens its position as a global hub for GCCs and enterprise innovation, such projects are set to play a key role in providing companies with advanced infrastructure and scalable, future-ready solutions.
Through this development, GoodWorks is not just constructing a facility but setting a new benchmark for sustainable, innovation-driven workplaces. The initiative strengthens Bengaluru’s position as India’s leading technology and aerospace hub.
