Lisa Harrup Mieuli was named Chief Marketing Officer by Gigamon to manage demand creation, brand recognition, and worldwide marketing strategy.
As the cybersecurity landscape becomes more complicated, Lisa Harrup Mieuli assumes the job of CMO to propel market development in the deep observability space. She answers directly to Shane Buckley, the CEO and president. Her hiring coincides with a surge in demand for the Gigamon Deep Observability Pipeline throughout the world.
According to a 650 Group analysis, Gigamon owned a 55 percent market share in 2024, demonstrating its significance in the deep observability industry. According to the results of the 2024 Hybrid Cloud Security Survey, 84 percent of more than 1,000 international security and IT leaders believe that deep observability is crucial to cloud security, underscoring its importance.
Through the direct delivery of network-derived telemetry to cloud, security, and conventional observability solutions, Gigamon’s Deep Observability Pipeline helps organizations. The effectiveness of current tools may be improved by up to 90% using this method, which also helps to remove blind spots and optimize network traffic.
Mieuli has been in top positions in marketing for more than 20 years. She was formerly Gigamon’s temporary CMO and vice president of worldwide growth marketing. She formerly served as Vice President of Marketing at Tenable, Vice President of Global Field and Channel Marketing at Nimble Storage, and held a variety of brand and demand marketing positions for 13 years at Symantec.
