GE Aerospace welcomes Lizet Tymon as Executive Director of SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning)

In her new role, Lizet will oversee executive decision-making and SIOP strategy. She will drive integrated planning, strengthen operational alignment, and enhance financial performance across GE Aerospace’s complex global manufacturing ecosystem.

Lizet brings more than 20 years of global supply chain leadership experience. Most recently, she served as Vice President Supply Chain at Rehlko, formerly Kohler Energy Group. There, she managed a $3.5B industrial business across 40 global sites. During her tenure, she reduced 40 days of inventory outstanding, unlocking $300M in cash, and delivered $23M in transportation and logistics savings within 18 months. She also implemented global SIOP/S&OE processes across 5 business units and deployed Kinaxis Maestro to unify planning across 36 sites.

Prior to Rehlko, Lizet was Vice President Supply Chain at Kohler Co. She defined a 3-year transformation roadmap and introduced global planning capabilities that significantly improved inventory turns. Earlier, she spent over 20 years at Jabil in progressively senior supply chain roles. She founded a Supply Chain Center of Excellence, led global S&OP deployment across 120 sites, and advanced digital supplier collaboration strategies connecting more than 11,000 suppliers.

Lizet holds an MBA from Grand Valley State University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. She combines strong operational expertise with proven digital transformation leadership.

Her appointment reflects GE Aerospace’s continued commitment to integrated planning excellence, advanced supply chain analytics, and global operational resilience.
