Amandeep Hospital, a prominent provider of orthopaedic and multispecialty care under the Ujala Cygnus Group, has appointed Dr Ganesh Lakshmanan as Chief Business Officer Orthopaedic and Trauma. The move is part of the group’s strategy to enhance its specialty care services and strengthen operational excellence across its network.
Bringing more than 25 years of experience in healthcare strategy, marketing, and operations, Dr Ganesh has served in leadership roles at Shalby Hospital, Bourn Hall Clinic, HOSMAC, Infomedia18, and GMoney. Renowned for building high-performance medical teams and implementing patient-focused growth models, he will oversee the orthopaedic and trauma division across all Ujala Cygnus hospital, with a focus on service quality, expansion, and integration.
Welcoming Ganesh to the role, Dr Avatar Singh, Director and Chief Orthopaedic Surgeon at Amandeep Hospital, emphasised that orthopaedics and trauma have always been at the heart of the institution’s identity. He expressed confidence that Dr Ganesh’s leadership would strengthen infrastructure and team collaboration, enabling the hospital to achieve new milestones in patient care and expand its regional presence.
