Buzz around Samsung’s next flagship is growing as unverified leaks begin to circulate online. The Galaxy S26 Ultra is expected to debut later this month or in early February alongside the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+. With the launch nearing new details about colours hardware and design are emerging at a faster pace.
According to a post shared on X by user @jan_agrs screenshots of an alleged early teaser have surfaced. The teaser was reportedly spotted briefly on Instagram in Indonesia and mentions the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Elite chipset. It also lists 4 colour options for the Galaxy S26 Ultra which include Black Shadow White Shadow Galactial Blue and Ultraviolet. The leak has not been confirmed by others and could be fake or removed quickly but it has still drawn attention.
The biggest talking point from the leak is the naming of the colours. Unlike previous models the word Titanium does not appear in any of the colour names. Tipster Ice Universe reacted to this detail in a separate post saying “You’ll notice that these names are no longer labelled as ‘Titanium ___.’ So….” This has led to speculation that Samsung may be moving away from a titanium build. While there are no reliable leaks confirming a material change some believe the company could switch back to an aluminium frame.
Ice Universe also shared another claim stating that he has seen the Galaxy S26 Ultra in person. He said the phone features metal rings around the rear cameras and added “The new design looks more like the metal rings around the cameras on the iPhone 17 Pro Max.” He further noted that Samsung’s version uses a narrower metal ring. These details suggest a refined design approach though official confirmation is still awaited.
