Fluor (FLR) has announced the appointment of Jim Breuer as its new CEO, effective May 1. Breuer, who has served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) since 2024, will take over from David Constable, who will transition into the role of Executive Chairman on the same date.
Jim Breuer has been with Fluor for over 31 years, holding various executive and project roles throughout his career. Before becoming COO, Breuer was Group President of Energy Solutions and has spent a significant portion of his career working on assignments outside of the United States.
David Constable, Fluor’s current Chairman and CEO, expressed confidence in Breuer’s leadership, stating that his experience will continue to drive the company’s success in the years ahead.
