In his new role, Gunjan will be responsible for driving the business finance strategy at Flipkart. His mandate includes reinforcing financial governance and supporting growth and profitability initiatives across the company’s operations.
Gunjan brings strong global experience across finance, strategy, and board-level leadership. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership positions at Coupang, GE, Engineer.ai, and Esyasoft Holding, where he worked closely with leadership teams on financial planning, strategic decision-making, and operational execution.
In addition to his corporate roles, Gunjan currently serves on the boards of CFlo World Limited and Doctor Sand Limited. His board experience adds a strong layer of strategic and governance expertise, further strengthening Flipkart’s leadership bench.
With this appointment, Flipkart aims to sharpen its financial decision-making and governance as it scales its business. Gunjan’s diverse experience across global organizations and leadership platforms is expected to support the company’s evolving business and financial priorities.
