His extensive career also spans key positions at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, JUSCO, and Rinac India, contributing to various aspects of HR, including industrial relations, performance management, compliance, and grievance handling.
Singh’s approach to employee relations is both strategic and thoughtful, with a focus on building strong, resilient relationships between employees and the organization.
