FCA Bank SpA has announced the appointment of Federico Berra as the new Country Manager of FCA Bank Deutschland GmbH, effective June 1, 2019.
Berra, 42, brings a wealth of experience to the role. After completing his business studies in 2001, he earned a diploma in Financial Risk Management in 2007. He began his career with the FCA Group in 2004 as a financial analyst at FIDIS Retail, a company within the FCA Bank Group located in Turin.
From 2007 to 2010, Berra worked as a Senior Treasury Specialist at Fiat Group Automobiles Capital SpA, eventually stepping into the role of Treasury Manager. His responsibilities expanded as he moved to Dublin, Ireland, where he was in charge of the Reinsurance Operations and Treasury department at FGA Capital, overseeing FCA Bank Group companies there.
In 2013, Berra took on the role of CFO at FGA Capital Suisse SA in Schlieren, Switzerland, where he worked for a year before being appointed CEO and Country Manager for the Swiss market in 2014. He held that position until May 2019.
Now, Berra brings his extensive expertise and leadership experience to FCA Bank Deutschland GmbH, where he has taken the helm as Country Manager since June.
