Hakuhodo International Indonesia (HIID) has announced the promotion of Farhana Eldini Devi Attamimi to Group CEO. Her appointment marks a new chapter for the company, as she leads HIID into a more dynamic and future-ready phase.
Devi, who has previously served as Director at HIID, will also retain her position as Institute Director at the Hakuhodo Institute of Life and Living ASEAN. Under her guidance, HIID is set to become a hub for innovation and creativity.
Devi’s first priority is to strengthen the collaboration within the HIID group, which includes Hakuhodo Jakarta, Hybrid-H, H-Three, Hakuhodo Digital, I-DAC, and H+. She plans to achieve this through the implementation of the Modular Organization concept, which will allow the team to respond quickly to industry challenges. “Alongside Yuzuru Iguchi as the Country Director for Hakuhodo Japan, I aim to build a flexible organization within the group, to create the best solutions for clients, the society, and the industry. My predecessors have built a strong foundation over the past 22 years, and moving forward, we will experiment more boldly and dive deeper into data,” said Devi.
With a background in strategic planning, Devi believes that the Sei-katsu-sha Insight philosophy—Hakuhodo’s approach of focusing on people at the core of strategy—will be instrumental in transforming HIID into a “Sei-katsu-sha Value Design Company.” This vision is not only about providing top-tier solutions for clients but also creating meaningful societal change.
As part of the transition, HIID’s founders will step into advisory roles within the group. Irfan Ramli will serve as Chairman, Ferti Wiratih as Co-Chairwoman, and Mahendra Suyono as Co-Chairman, continuing to support HIID’s growth from behind the scenes.
“This industry is like a race track without a finish line. Technology, AI, and data-driven creativity continue to evolve at an extraordinary pace. Devi’s task is not just to ensure business continuity but to take HIID beyond what we ever imagined,” said Ramli. “We have long invited Devi to be at the forefront of strategic decisions, learning from us, and understanding how this organization operates. We are proud to have found a leader from within our organization—someone who understands the values and culture of HIID.”
Shuntaro Ito, Director & Senior Corporate Officer of Hakuhodo Inc. and President & CEO of Hakuhodo International, also voiced his support, emphasizing the legacy of creativity rooted in Sei-katsu-sha and its potential to lead the industry into the future.
