Fadi Qutishat joins Tanmiah Food Company as Group Chief Financial Officer

Fadi brings more than twenty years of global financial leadership experience across food, agriculture, consumer goods, manufacturing, and diversified industries. In this position, Fadi will guide financial strategy, operational excellence, governance, and value creation for one of the Middle East’s major integrated poultry and food companies.

Before joining Tanmiah Food Company, Fadi spent about five years at Tyson Foods in the United States as Division Chief Financial Officer. He managed financial operations for a five billion dollar division with six manufacturing facilities. His work covered financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, operations controllership, pricing strategy, and financial reporting. He also led digital transformation and analytics for the twenty six billion dollar Beef and Pork segment. During his tenure, he also supported inclusion as the Executive Sponsor of the InterBelief Business Resource Group.

Earlier in his career, Fadi worked for more than four years with Stanley Black and Decker. He served as Controller for Global Emerging Markets and oversaw financial governance across Latin America, Asia, India, Turkey, Russia, the Middle East, and Africa. His responsibilities included market expansion, distribution planning, direct to consumer scaling, and major financial controllership efforts. He had also held a similar role in Dubai, where he supported double digit growth in emerging markets.

He previously spent over three years at Del Monte Fresh Produce as Business Chief Financial Officer, where he supervised operations in Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, and the National Poultry Company. His work centred on financial strategy, business growth, operational improvement, and successful SAP implementations. His efforts earned him several internal awards.

In the early years of his career, Fadi held leadership and controllership roles at A and P Unilever, the Stanley Black and Decker Corporate Controllers Group, Horace Mann, and began his professional journey with Deloitte in the United States. Across these roles, he managed mergers and acquisitions programmes, finance transformations, compliance initiatives, manufacturing finance, corporate controllership, analytical modelling, and global financial operations.
