EvoluteIQ Secures $53 Million Funding to Drive AI-Led Enterprise Automation

Enterprise automation company EvoluteIQ has raised $53 million in a minority growth funding round led by Baird Capital, as demand rises for artificial intelligence solutions that help businesses streamline operations and cut costs.

The fresh capital will be used to accelerate international expansion and boost research and development capabilities, strengthening the company’s position in the fast-growing AI-powered automation market.

India continues to be central to EvoluteIQ’s strategy, with its largest research and development centre based in Bengaluru. The company plans to significantly expand its Indian operations by hiring skilled professionals and scaling its team to develop next-generation AI-led transformation technologies.

“India has been instrumental in our journey, providing the technological backbone of innovation for our global success,” said Sameet Gupte, co-founder and chief executive officer of EvoluteIQ. “The agentic AI market represents a fundamental shift from reactive automation to proactive, intelligent orchestration.”

The funding highlights increasing confidence in businesses that combine traditional automation with advanced AI capabilities to deliver “agentic AI”—systems designed to make autonomous decisions and take actions without human input.

“The investment demonstrates our excitement for AI and reshaping automation,” said Daina Spedding, director in Baird Capital’s global private equity team. “EvoluteIQ has earned its place alongside other automation trailblazers, bringing deep expertise and addressing a critical AI need across the enterprises they serve.”

With the support of Baird Capital’s global platform, EvoluteIQ aims to scale its established business internationally while maintaining its strong foundation in India. As part of the deal, Baird Capital’s Daina Spedding and Mark Donnelly will join the EvoluteIQ board of directors.

Founded in 2019 by Sameet Gupte, Sanjay Koppikar, Deepak Kinger, Arun Hiremath and Naveen Prabhu, EvoluteIQ provides AI-led automation solutions across key industries such as banking and financial services, healthcare, telecommunications and manufacturing. Its platform enables Fortune 500 companies to build autonomous, resilient and future-ready systems that drive sustainable growth.
