Leading financial services powerhouse Equirus Group has appointed Vimal Chauhan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). A Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of experience across finance leadership, strategy, and financial planning, Vimal has held senior roles at Home First Finance, VKL group, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Staples India, among others.
In his new role, Vimal will oversee Finance, Treasury, Accounts, Secretarial, Legal, Risk, and Control functions across the Equirus Group which comprises businesses with leading positions in investment banking, institutional equities, wealth management and insurance broking amongst others.
