EnduroSat, a Bulgaria-founded company specialising in software-defined satellites and space data solutions, has secured €90 million ($104 million) in funding to accelerate its satellite production and delivery timelines for advanced constellations.
The fresh investment will enable EnduroSat to manufacture up to two ESPA-class satellites each day, significantly reducing time-to-orbit for both commercial and government operators. This expansion marks a major step towards the company’s goal of making space data more accessible and scalable through modular satellite infrastructure.
The funding round brought in new investors including Riot Ventures, Google Ventures (GV), Lux Capital, the European Innovation Council Fund, and Shrug Capital. Their participation underscores growing investor confidence in EnduroSat’s mission to simplify and democratise access to space through efficient, high-volume satellite production.
Alongside the funding announcement, EnduroSat unveiled its new state-of-the-art Space Centre in Sofia, Bulgaria. The 188,340-square-foot facility is designed to meet the rising global demand for small to mid-sized satellite constellations. This advanced centre will serve as a hub for engineering, testing, and production, strengthening EnduroSat’s global capability and supporting its rapidly expanding operations.
With the new funding and facility, EnduroSat aims to position itself as a key player in the evolving satellite manufacturing landscape, helping industries, governments, and research institutions harness space technology faster and more efficiently than ever before.
