Emaar India welcomes Rahul Taneja as Chief Marketing Officer

In his new role, Taneja will lead the company’s marketing strategy across India and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. His responsibilities include strengthening brand positioning, leading major project launches and aligning marketing efforts closely with sales functions. He will also collaborate with the leadership team to support the company’s next phase of expansion.

Sharing the update on LinkedIn, Taneja said, “Stepping into a new chapter as Chief Marketing Officer at Emaar India. Building on a strong foundation and contributing to the next phase of growth. Leading a brand of this stature is both a privilege and a responsibility — one I am grateful to be entrusted with. Looking forward to working closely with the team.”

Before joining Emaar India, Taneja was Vice President and Marketing Head at M3M India. He also spent nearly 9 years at Samsung Electronics, where he handled national and regional marketing mandates, overseeing large-scale campaigns and retail visibility programmes across India.

Earlier in his career, Taneja held senior marketing and sales roles at Bharti Airtel, Sistema Shyam Teleservices, Vodafone Essar, HDFC Life and Spectranet. His experience spans telecom, financial services and consumer technology sectors.

With this appointment, Emaar India aims to strengthen its marketing capabilities and reinforce its brand presence as it accelerates expansion in the Indian market.
