Neha Saxena Shenoy joins Emaar India to lead HR and organisational growth strategy

In her new role, Ms. Saxena will lead the organisation’s HR strategy, focusing on talent development, leadership building, organisational transformation, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with business growth.

Prior to joining Emaar India, Shenoy served as Executive Vice President at Info Edge India Ltd, where she played a key role in shaping people strategy and driving organisational effectiveness across business units.

Earlier, she was Deputy CHRO at Cairn Oil and Gas, where she led talent strategy, employee experience, HR shared services, and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.

She has also held leadership roles at Honeywell as Human Resources Director, overseeing HR strategy for multiple business units, and at Reckitt, where she worked on global diversity and leadership development initiatives across geographies.

In earlier roles, Shenoy worked with Microsoft and Adobe, partnering with leadership teams to align people strategies with business goals. She also gained foundational experience at GE, focusing on talent development, diversity, and university relations.

She began her career with Fidelity Investments and Larsen & Toubro, building expertise in HR and talent management.

Shenoy holds an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.

Her appointment is expected to support Emaar India’s focus on strengthening organisational capability and driving a people-first growth strategy.
