In a move that signals strong momentum for its future, Electra, the pioneer behind hybrid electric Ultra Short takeoff and landing aircraft, has named Max Ochoa as its new Chief Financial Officer. Max steps into this pivotal role with a dual focus on financial stewardship and legal strategy as the company prepares for a dynamic phase of advancement.
Ochoa arrives at Electra with over twenty years of diverse industry experience and an academic pedigree that bridges engineering and law. He earned his law degree from Stanford, a master’s in aerospace engineering from the University of Michigan, and a bachelor’s in aeronautics and astronautics from MIT. His impressive background includes serving as CFO and General Counsel at Satelles, as well as key leadership positions at Alation, Adify, TiVo, and a foundational engineering role at GE Aircraft Engines.
