EC Prasad joins the organisation after a successful tenure at Bajaj Electricals Ltd, where he serves as CFO and has played a key role in financial strategy, governance, and business transformation.
Prasad is known for his strong commercial skills and deep understanding of financial operations. He brings more than two decades of experience across consumer durables, fast moving consumer goods, and international business environments.
Before joining Bajaj Electricals, Prasad held senior finance roles at Voltas Limited, a Tata enterprise. His responsibilities included serving as the All India Commercial Manager and the Finance Head for International Operations. His earlier career at Emami Ltd helped him build a solid foundation in commercial management.
As he takes on his new role at Raymond Lifestyle Limited, Prasad is expected to strengthen financial discipline, support growth plans, and guide the company’s transformation journey.
