Wishing Dr Sujiv Nair greater responsibilities and exciting challenges in this impressive new chapter!
MSN Laboratories has announced the appointment of Dr Sujiv Nair as Chief People Officer. He brings more than twenty five years of experience across pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and technology. In his new role, he will focus on workforce agility, leadership development, and building a culture of innovation and inclusion that supports the company’s strong growth plans and global expansion.
Before joining MSN Laboratories, Dr Sujiv Nair served as Group CHRO at Re Sustainability Limited. He led HR, administration, and CSR across more than one hundred sites in four continents, supporting a workforce of over eighteen thousand employees. His work played a key role in driving the company’s ESG agenda and transformation efforts, strengthening governance and preparing the organisation for the future.
Earlier, he worked as Chief Executive Officer at the Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge. In this position, he helped the Government of Telangana build and scale the academy into a well regarded model for employability and skill development. He partnered with more than three hundred engineering, undergraduate, and polytechnic institutions to improve industry and academia collaboration and represented the state at national and international platforms.
Before this, Dr Sujiv served as Director for HR in South Asia at DuPont. He managed human resources across manufacturing, research and development, and service operations for more than four thousand employees. His work in business process reengineering and change management across fourteen countries in the Asia Pacific region strengthened regional HR integration and organisational agility.
Dr Sujiv also spent seven years with Tech Mahindra as Head of HR Virtualization, where he created new HR centres of excellence, improved processes through Six Sigma practices, and supported the company’s digital transformation. His early career includes roles at Dr Reddy’s Laboratories as Assistant Manager in HR and at Asian Paints, where he began his professional journey in production and operations.
