In his new position, he will oversee domestic and international sales and marketing across Delhi NCR, while also leading marketing initiatives for upcoming Artemis hospital projects.
Sharing the update, Dr. Manoj Kumar said the expanded role will focus on strengthening sales and marketing outcomes across regions, along with building brand and growth strategies linked to new hospital developments.
Manoj has been associated with Artemis Hospitals for over 3 years, during which he has held multiple leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Chief – International Business Development, where he led global patient acquisition and strengthened partner engagement.
Prior to that, he worked as General Manager, contributing to business growth and marketing execution aligned with the organisation’s strategic priorities.
Before joining Artemis, Dr. Manoj Kumar was Head – International Marketing at Venkateshwar Hospitals, where he focused on international outreach, partnerships, and medical value travel growth.
He also served as Vice President at Nayati Healthcare & Research Pvt. Ltd., taking on leadership responsibilities in healthcare business expansion and marketing.
Earlier, Manoj held senior roles at Jaypee Hospital, including Additional General Manager – International Marketing and General Manager. During his tenure, he contributed to positioning the hospital as a preferred destination for medical value travel and expanding international patient reach.
He also worked with Fortis Healthcare as Deputy General Manager, where his responsibilities included managing local business, building insurance partnerships, supporting telemedicine initiatives, and working with overseas collaborators.
In an earlier stint at Artemis Hospitals, he served as Business Head – International Marketing, building long-term experience within the organisation’s international marketing ecosystem.
