In her new role, Dr. Manmeet Kaur Wilkhoo will lead HR operations and align people processes with NIIT’s organisational strategy. Her responsibilities include building scalable HR systems, improving employee experience, and enabling workforce effectiveness across NIIT’s talent and skills development ecosystem.
Before joining NIIT, Dr. Manmeet served as Head People and Culture North America at CoreStack, where she managed people strategy, leadership development, organisational design, and change management initiatives. She was based in Seattle during her tenure with the company.
Manmeet professional journey also includes senior HR leadership and key roles across multiple sectors. She has worked with IndiGo, InterGlobe Aviation Limited, Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited, Bharti Airtel Foundation, Unicon Investment Solutions, and Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. Through these roles, she has built strong expertise across aviation, technology, BFSI, and professional services.
With experience across diverse industries and geographies, Dr. Manmeet Kaur Wilkhoo brings a broad perspective to HR leadership. Her appointment is expected to support NIIT’s efforts to strengthen people processes and drive workforce effectiveness in line with its long term growth priorities.
