With a strong background in human capital strategy and organizational evolution, Dr. Donnell steps into this role at a key moment as Cargomatic strengthens its foundation for global scale and long-term growth in the dynamic supply chain sector.
In her new role, Dr. Donnell will lead the company’s people vision, focusing on developing a purpose-driven culture, empowering leadership, and aligning workforce capabilities to Cargomatic’s fast-evolving business goals. She will also champion a forward-thinking talent strategy, ensuring the company remains agile and inclusive while driving innovation across every touchpoint of the employee journey.
Dr. Donnell brings a remarkable portfolio of leadership experience across industries and continents. Before joining Cargomatic, she served as Vice President of People and Culture at Amuneal Manufacturing Corp, leading inclusion and leadership strategies across teams in the U.S. and Thailand. Her guidance helped integrate global workforces and shape a values-based organizational culture.
Previously, she was Vice President of Human Resources at the YMCA of Montclair, where she managed a multimillion-dollar HR budget and steered complex mergers involving several YMCA branches. Her focus on planning and transformation helped boost operational unity and workforce synergy.
At Trulieve, she served as Head of People, where she played a pivotal role in talent strategy and post-acquisition integration. She led the transformation of frontline workforces into high-performing teams, successfully aligning three business verticals under one cohesive vision.
Her earlier roles include Global Head of People at a leading AI marketing platform, where she led HR operations across Latin America, Europe, and the United States. She also held senior HR leadership roles at global giants including Comcast Advertising, Amazon, Vanguard, Persado, and Ingersoll Rand. Dr. Donnell has contributed to academic and professional communities through her involvement with business forums and educational institutions.
