On March 14, 2025, Domo, Inc. named Mark Maughan as its chief operating officer. Mr. Maughan has been part of Domo since 2015, where he has taken on several leadership positions.
His promotion highlights his significant experience with Domo. In his new role, he will receive an annual base salary of $345,000, along with the possibility of a discretionary cash bonus. This strategic move aims to strengthen Domo’s operational leadership, though the announcement did not specify the potential impact on stakeholders.
Mark Maughan has been with the company since July 2015, holding various positions throughout his tenure. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Customer Success from February 2023 until his latest promotion. Maughan holds a B.A. in public relations from the University of Utah and has prior experience as Vice President of Lien Resolution at Garretson Resolution Group, Inc., making him well-equipped for his new role during a period of notable stock volatility for the company.
His current confidentiality and invention assignment agreement will continue, and he will also sign a standard indemnification agreement with the company.
