JSW Sports Pvt Ltd has promoted Divyanshu Singh to the role of Chief Executive Officer. Singh has been part of the organisation for over eight years, previously serving as Chief Operating Officer for more than two years and as Head of Sales and Marketing for six years. In his new position, he will be responsible for driving the company’s strategic vision, overseeing operations, and leading growth initiatives to strengthen JSW Sports’ presence in both the Indian and global sports industry.
Singh joined JSW Sports in 2017 and has played a key role in expanding business opportunities, securing commercial partnerships, and building the brand presence of the company’s sports assets. These include Bengaluru FC, Haryana Steelers, Inspire Institute of Sport, and Delhi Capitals. His leadership has been instrumental in maximising revenue, developing athlete-focused programmes, and promoting a high-performance culture within the organisation.
Before his tenure at JSW Sports, Singh worked as Deputy General Manager at IMG Reliance Pvt Ltd, now known as RISE Worldwide Limited, where he contributed to various strategic sports management and marketing projects. His earlier career involved managerial roles at Cornerstone Sport and Entertainment Private Limited and Tennis Excellence Pvt Ltd, focusing on business development and brand partnerships in the sports industry.
A former professional tennis player with the International Tennis Federation, Singh has represented India and trained in Spain. This background gives him a unique perspective as an athlete in a corporate leadership role. His career across leading sports management organisations highlights his ability to combine business expertise with hands-on sports experience, positioning him to guide JSW Sports into its next phase of growth.
