Arnold Magnetic Technologies has appointed Diana Zarins Ansel as Chief Human Resources Officer. She brings extensive experience in HR strategy, global business partnering, and organizational transformation across the manufacturing and technology sectors.
Prior to this role, Zarins Ansel served as Senior HR Business Partner at Norstella, providing strategic HR support to drive talent management and business goals during a critical period of growth and integration across multiple business units.
Before Norstella, she spent around eight years at Hexion Inc., holding progressive leadership roles. As Director – Global Human Resources Business Partner, she led high-impact HR strategies worldwide. She also served as HR Business Partner – Corporate, overseeing talent planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across key functions.
Zarins Ansel previously held the position of Human Resources Director – Plant at Tropical Nut and Fruit / Hayden Valley Foods for nearly two years, where she implemented end-to-end HR frameworks, compliance programs, and performance and compensation systems to enhance organizational maturity.
Her early HR career includes a six-year tenure at Kahiki Foods as HR Manager – Plant, where she drove employer branding initiatives, reduced temporary associate turnover, led cross-functional safety teams, and implemented a skill-based pay program, fostering a high-performing, compliant, and safety-focused culture.
