A seasoned IT expert, Dharmvir specializes in managing end-to-end IT operations and driving the integration of cutting-edge technologies across organizations. His remarkable background includes a wealth of experience leading major digital transformation initiatives in sectors like banking, financial services, insurance (BFSI), NBFCs, automotive, and pharmaceuticals. Dharmvir’s strategic focus on enterprise architecture and modern IT solutions will significantly contribute to the company’s growth.

Before joining Sammaan Capital, Dharmvir served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited, where he was instrumental in modernizing the company’s IT framework. Additionally, he held leadership positions at Home First Finance Company (HFFC), Hero FinCorp, and Birlasoft (India) Limited, successfully driving various digital initiatives across the board.

Dharmvir began his career at Wipro Technologies and later worked with IBM Global Services, where he gained invaluable experience leading enterprise-wide technology advancements and fortifying cybersecurity. His approach is rooted in creating seamless integration and delivering business performance enhancements.

Dharmvir holds a B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and an MBA in Finance and IT from the Indian Institute of Management.
