With over ten years of versatile HR leadership experience, Mady joins the executive team to drive the company’s evolving people strategy at a pivotal time of innovation and international growth.
In her new role, Mady will lead Delstack’s entire human resources function, focusing on scaling the company’s culture, advancing employee engagement, nurturing leadership, and embedding inclusive, future-ready talent practices. Her appointment reflects Delstack’s commitment to cultivating a workplace where people thrive alongside business goals.
Mady’s journey to Delstack includes her impactful role at Ethicent, where she served as HR Manager. There, she helped redesign people operations during a critical phase of growth, steering the organization toward a more agile and employee-focused culture. Her ability to align HR programs with business vision proved central to the company’s evolution.
Before that, she held a leadership position at Compliance Aim as Human Resources Manager, where she oversaw recruitment, payroll, benefits, compliance, and internal audits, while standardizing HR procedures for hybrid teams across New York. Her attention to operational efficiency and human connection created stronger systems and stronger teams.
Earlier in her career, Mady contributed significantly at Insight Sourcing Group as Assistant Manager in HR, where she was entrusted with developing and implementing employee training programs, career progression pathways, and leading the Learning Management System (LMS). Her passion for professional development was evident in every initiative she led.
Her early experiences as an HR Specialist at Putnam and as a Recruiter at Theranos laid a strong foundation in training design, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations, shaping her into a well-rounded HR leader. These roles enriched her understanding of both people and process across complex environments.
Mady holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Towson University, a degree that blends academic depth with real-world impact. She now steps into this new chapter ready to inspire transformation at Delstack through empathy, vision, and excellence.
