In his new role, Kumar will lead talent acquisition initiatives, focusing on improving recruitment strategies, strengthening employer branding and helping the organization attract and retain skilled professionals.
The appointment highlights Kumar’s extensive experience in talent strategy, recruitment transformation and managing large-scale hiring programs across global organizations.
Before joining Deloitte, Kumar served as Vice President – Client Services and Site Head – Bengaluru at Magnit Global. In that position, he oversaw client services operations and played a key role in managing the company’s Bengaluru operations.
Over the course of his career, Kumar has held leadership roles at Zinnov, Randstad Enterprise and Standard Chartered Bank. Earlier in his professional journey, he also worked with EXL and FIS, where he developed strong expertise in recruitment leadership, talent strategy and business operations.
With this appointment, Deloitte continues to strengthen its talent acquisition leadership as the firm expands its workforce and adapts to evolving business needs.
