Manish Gupta was named president and managing director of Dell Technologies for India on June 6th, with immediate effect.
This statement comes after Dell Tech World, the company’s premier event, which took place last month and saw the release of many hardware and software solutions with an AI focus.
Gupta will manage sales in India and lead the company’s strategic expansion strategies. He takes over for Alok Ohrie, who is resigning to devote more time to his family and personal pursuits.
Gupta will report to Peter Marrs, President, Asia Pacific Japan & Greater China (APJC), Dell Technologies, from his Bengaluru headquarters.
