Licious, India’s leading fresh meat and seafood brand, has announced the appointment of Deepika Joshi as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition. In her new role, Deepika will lead corporate and retail hiring across the organization, strengthening Licious’s people capability as the company continues to expand its presence across India.
Deepika brings over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and human resources, having designed and executed hiring strategies across technology, consumer, and global business sectors. Before joining Licious, she served as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at Headout, where she led non-tech and international hiring, managing a global team of recruiters. She played a key role in building strategic talent pipelines, designing scalable recruiting frameworks, and partnering with business leaders to align hiring with organizational growth.
Prior to Headout, Deepika worked with GoTo Group (Gojek) as Senior Recruitment Business Partner, supporting global tech hiring across India, Singapore, and Indonesia. She led recruiter teams, collaborated with hiring managers to define workforce priorities, implemented sourcing strategies, and improved hiring agility in international markets.
Her earlier experience includes nearly two years at BrowserStack as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where she handled niche non-tech hiring, developed market intelligence strategies, and co-led employer branding and interviewer training initiatives. She also spent over two years at Directi, driving end-to-end recruitment for brands including Flock, Zeta, CodeChef, and Directi, and managing large-scale hiring events in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
Deepika began her HR career with Elevate K-12 as a Human Resources Specialist, managing full-cycle HR operations and high-impact hiring and onboarding. She also gained early experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Antal International, working with clients in manufacturing, engineering, and automotive sectors. She holds a Master of Management Studies (MMS) in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai.
Her appointment reflects Licious’s commitment to building strong talent strategies, scaling its workforce efficiently, and strengthening organizational growth through strategic hiring.
