Dave McGinnis Appointed CFO of Hornblower Group

Hornblower Group, based in San Francisco, has announced the appointment of Dave McGinnis as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). McGinnis brings a wealth of financial expertise to the role, having previously served as CFO at Filtration Group in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, since 2020. Prior to that, he was CFO at Illinois Tool Works in Glenview, Illinois, and spent nearly 15 years in senior leadership positions at GE in Boston, including serving as CFO of the distributed power services division. McGinnis holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Kentucky.

Mike Flaskey, CEO of Hornblower Group, expressed confidence in McGinnis’ abilities, saying, “[McGinnis’] proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional financial results will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our financial foundation and build for future success.”
