In her new role, she will steer dAlgnostiX’s people strategy with a strong emphasis on nurturing talent, building future-ready HR systems, and aligning workforce capabilities with the organisation’s mission to revolutionise radiodiagnostics through technology and medical excellence.
Before this, Deepika was an integral part of Teleradiology Solutions, where she spent more than seven years and rose to the position of Associate Vice President of Human Resources. Her leadership was instrumental in expanding global HR operations, enhancing employee experience, and scaling HR practices across India and the United States. Her tenure was defined by deep strategic engagement and people-centric transformations that helped shape high-performing, cross-border teams.
Deepika’s professional journey began with roles at leading healthcare institutions including Apollo Hospitals, Narayana Health, Apex Hospitals, and Fortis Escorts. In these organisations, she played a vital part in advancing learning and development, talent acquisition, and HR modernisation in clinical settings.
