Czarrhina Victoriano Lim has returned to Jatis Philippines as Director of Platform Sales for Wallet, Banking and Avantrade under the Jatis Group. In this new leadership role, she will focus on driving the company’s growth across digital wallet platforms, gamified rewards systems and wealth technology solutions. Her mission is to help scale financial inclusion and support digital business transformation across industries.
After spending the last decade in enterprise technology roles at SAP and Anaplan, Czarrhina now reenters Jatis Philippines to lead sales and expansion of strategic platforms in the fintech space. Her return supports Jatis’ push toward a platform-driven innovation strategy. She will help organizations tap into new revenue streams by leveraging QR-based wallets, gamified loyalty programs and digital wealth management tools
Czarrhina’s connection with Jatis began in 2011, where she served as Senior Account Manager until 2016. During that time, she played a key role in developing the company’s client base in banking, insurance and retail sectors in the Philippines. Her comeback in 2025 represents a renewed alignment with Jatis’ commitment to serve emerging fintech demands in the region
She also brings valuable cross-sector experience from her early career with Netpoleon and Bank of the Philippine Islands. There, she worked across functions like business development, investment operations and financial reporting. This background allows her to create technology strategies that are client focused and drive meaningful impact.
Czarrhina combines strategic insight with operational excellence, ensuring that technology solutions not only align with business goals but also empower users, organizations and communities in a sustainable way.
