As part of its growth-focused strategy, Cyient Limited has announced the appointment of 2 senior global leaders to strengthen its leadership bench and drive expansion across strategic initiatives and international markets.
Cyient Limited has named Rajkumar Ravindranathan as Chief Growth Officer. Ravindranathan brings over 25 years of experience as a CXO-level leader and board director, with a strong track record in building and scaling technology-driven services businesses across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
In his new role, he will focus on enterprise strategy, organic and inorganic growth, and long-term value creation. His background includes leading large P&L organisations, driving revenue acceleration, margin expansion, and organisational scale-up. He has worked across sectors such as Manufacturing, Energy, Telecom, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Retail, Travel and Hospitality, and CPG, helping clients adopt AI, digital, engineering, and Industry 4.0 capabilities.
Ravindranathan currently serves as a Board Member at L&T Thales Technology Services Private Limited, providing governance and strategic oversight. He has also held the role of Chief Business Officer – EMEA & APAC at L&T Technology Services, where he led enterprise P&L operations across non-US geographies and worked closely with the CEO and board on regional strategy and investments.
Cyient has also appointed Harjott Atrii as Chief Business Officer – Strategic Initiatives. Atrii is a people-centric leader with over 27 years of global experience in digital transformation, AI, cloud, and IT-business alignment. His leadership philosophy is rooted in “Idea Meritocracy, Servant leadership & Agility”.
Most recently, Atrii served as Executive Vice President and Global Business Head of Digital Foundation Services and Hi-Tech and Manufacturing at Zensar Technologies. In this role, he led major portfolios across Hi-Tech, ISVs, and manufacturing sectors, building strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients and enabling Enterprise 4.0 initiatives. Earlier at Zensar, he transformed the Cloud and Infrastructure business, delivering 40% CAGR over 3 years.
Atrii has also held senior leadership roles at NTT Data, where he led the Insurance vertical in North America with a $350m P&L, and at HCL Technologies, where he drove over 35% CAGR in BFSI infrastructure outsourcing. His experience further includes CRO roles at Rackspace Technology and Milestone Technologies.
The appointments reflect Cyient’s focus on strengthening leadership depth, accelerating growth, and advancing strategic transformation across global markets.
