The 25,000 sq ft facility, located in one of India’s major technology hubs, is designed to deliver advanced cybersecurity services and support the company’s strategy to scale its global operations.
According to Chris Schueler, the new Bengaluru office marks a significant step in the company’s international expansion plans. He said the facility will serve as a center of excellence, delivering advanced 24/7 cybersecurity services to global clients while also driving innovation and attracting top cybersecurity talent.
At the core of the new office is a Security Operations Center (SOC) built to provide uninterrupted cybersecurity support. The SOC combines advanced infrastructure with specialized technical expertise to offer threat monitoring, detection and incident response services to organizations worldwide.
The Bengaluru facility includes several operational and development spaces designed to enhance cybersecurity services:
Continuous Vigilance: A 100-member SOC team operating 24/7, 365 days a year, delivering real-time threat monitoring and incident response.
Confidential Client Support: Multiple secured client support rooms designed to provide dedicated services to global enterprises.
Skill Development: A 44-member training center focused on certifications and continuous development of advanced cybersecurity skills.
Innovation Hub: A 3,000 sq ft collaboration space created to support teamwork, innovation and employee engagement.
Bhaskar Nagasai D said the new facility highlights the company’s continued investment in India as a strategic hub for innovation.
By combining modern technology infrastructure with skilled cybersecurity professionals, the company aims to deliver scalable and continuous cybersecurity services to organizations around the world.
With the launch of the Bengaluru facility, Cyderes now operates 5 global Security Operations Centres and employs nearly 900 professionals, supporting thousands of organizations across multiple industries.
The company is also expanding its cybersecurity workforce in India to strengthen global operations and support its long-term vision of combining operational excellence with a future-ready talent base.
