CultureAI has introduced a new framework for addressing human threats, assisting security experts in safeguarding the human perimeter. This framework sheds light on how attackers take advantage of human vulnerabilities, allowing organizations to adopt proactive strategies.
The CultureAI Human Threat Map offers comprehensive insights into various cyber threats, enabling security teams, CISOs, and risk professionals to develop a smart and adaptable security strategy focused on human risk factors.
The map features a MITRE-style classification, encompassing over 80 threat types and more than 100 high-risk user behaviors, organized into nine categories: Recon, Initial Access, Persistence, Defense Evasion, Credential Access, Discovery, Collection, and Impact. Security teams can also view threats categorized by specific security domains like identity, MFA, phishing, data security, and artificial intelligence.
Each threat is represented by a tile that includes an overview, examples, and the human behaviors that elevate the risk.
Organizations can utilize the Human Threat Map through a three-step process: first, identify known threats by linking incidents to their respective threat categories; second, analyze the risky human behavior that facilitated the threat; and third, execute targeted interventions using Human Risk Management platforms like CultureAI.
The framework’s ongoing visibility and actionable insights empower organizations to strengthen their defenses against the constantly evolving threat landscape.
