Before joining Crompton, Prusty held the position of Senior Vice President at Tata Consumer Products, overseeing the Capital Foods division. He has also gained significant experience at companies such as OYO and Amazon.
With over 18 years of expertise in areas like team management, brand strategy, digital marketing, category management, and innovation, Prusty brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role. Throughout his career, he has worked across diverse industries and cultures, contributing to global brands like Reckitt, Amazon, and ITC, as well as startup teams including OYO and Amazon India.
His leadership skills and experience in managing complex projects and teams are expected to be a great asset to Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals as it strengthens its marketing initiatives.
