Crinetics Pharmaceuticals focuses on discovering, developing, and bringing to market innovative therapies for endocrine diseases and endocrine-related tumors. The company’s lead candidate, paltusotine, is in clinical trials for treating acromegaly and carcinoid syndrome related to neuroendocrine tumors. Additionally, atumelnant is being developed for congenital adrenal hyperplasia and ACTH-dependent Cushing’s syndrome.
