In this role, she will lead the company’s growth strategy, strengthen key client partnerships and support business expansion across its digital transformation and creative technology ecosystem. Freye takes on an enterprise-wide growth mandate at CourtAvenue. She brings strong experience in scaling agencies, building growth teams, and guiding strategic expansion for marketing and transformation-focused organizations.
Before joining CourtAvenue, Freye spent nearly 8 years at Stagwell. She most recently served for about 4 years as Chief Growth Officer – North America. In that role, she led regional growth strategy and helped drive business development and leadership positioning. Earlier at Stagwell, she also worked for over 3 years as SVP, Strategic Growth, where she focused on long-term growth planning and expansion.
Prior to Stagwell, Freye worked for about 2 years at The Burnett Collective as Vice President. Her responsibilities included agency search and selection, agency cost benchmarking, scope of work (SOW) management, and agency-client relationship consulting.
Freye also spent around 3 years at R/GA as VP Managing Director. During this time, she was part of the North American executive leadership team and managed growth, marketing, and operations across offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Austin, and Chicago.
Earlier in her career, Freye held senior roles at Digitaria, a JWT Company, as Vice President, Marketing, and at Pereira & O’Dell as Director of Business Development for nearly 3 years. She built a strong foundation at Geary Interactive over about 6 years, serving as Director of Business Development and earlier as Marketing Manager. She began her professional career as an Account Executive at a business publication.
With this appointment, CourtAvenue aims to accelerate its growth efforts and deepen its position in digital transformation and creative technology services.
