Electric mobility startup CollarEV has introduced ‘Moon’, a purpose-built electric two-wheeler designed for India’s B2B delivery and logistics sector. The vehicle targets fleet operators and last-mile delivery businesses, with an expected price range of ₹79,999–₹89,999 and pre-bookings now open online.
The company said the vehicle is built to meet the rising demand for durable and cost-efficient electric mobility solutions in commercial operations such as logistics, delivery services, and fleet movement.
The Moon e-two-wheeler offers a range of around 135 km on a single charge. It is powered by a 51.2 V, 45 Ah Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery with a capacity of 2.3 kWh. The battery supports fast charging, reaching 80% in about 2 hours, while a full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.
The Moon vehicle is equipped with a BLDC hub motor delivering 1500 W rated power and 2200 W peak power, with a top speed of 50 km/hr. It generates 95 Nm torque at the wheel and supports a payload capacity of up to 150 kg, making it suitable for heavy-duty delivery operations.
Built for commercial use, Moon features a fully metal chassis and body, dual disc brakes, and 12-inch wheels to enhance durability in demanding environments.
“Much of the current B2B electric two-wheeler market in India is dominated by low-cost imported vehicles that often face challenges in durability and after-sales reliability. With our new EV for the B2B segment, our goal is to address this gap by developing a purpose-built electric vehicle with a minimalist yet robust structural design that reduces maintenance requirements while ensuring long-term performance,” said Tikendra Yadav, founder of CollarEV.
For fleet management, the vehicle includes a TFT display with integrated telematics for asset tracking and monitoring, along with keyless start and stop functionality. The LFP battery is designed to last over 1,000 charge cycles, and the company offers a lifetime battery replacement or upgrade option supported by IoT-based monitoring.
CollarEV is also testing supercapacitor-assisted battery technology to further enhance charging speed, durability, and battery lifecycle.
The Moon electric two-wheeler is aimed at logistics firms, delivery aggregators, fleet operators, and individual delivery partners. It is also suited for applications such as milk and vegetable delivery, rural transport, and agricultural supply chains, especially in Tier-3 and Tier-4 regions.
