CMF Headphone Pro arrives in India with ANC and extended battery life

CMF has introduced its latest audio product in the Indian market with the launch of the CMF Headphone Pro. The wireless headphones were first unveiled in select global markets in September 2025, and the India version remains identical to the global model. The company said this is its first over-ear wireless headphone with active noise cancellation. Sales will begin later this month across online and offline channels.

The CMF Headphone Pro is priced at Rs. 7,999 in India. As part of a limited-period offer, the headphones will be available at an introductory price of Rs. 6,999 starting January 20. Consumers can purchase the device through Flipkart and select offline retail stores. The headphones will be offered in Dark Grey, Light Green, and Light Grey colour options.

The headphones come equipped with 40mm nickel-plated drivers and support hybrid adaptive ANC that can reduce ambient noise by up to 40dB, as claimed by the company. Spatial Audio modes, including Cinema and Concert, are included to deliver a wider soundstage. The headset also supports the LDAC codec and Hi-Res Audio for enhanced sound quality. CMF has adopted a modular design with interchangeable ear cushions and has focused on tactile physical controls instead of touch-based inputs.

The CMF Headphone Pro features a roller dial for volume, playback, and noise control, an energy slider to adjust bass and treble levels, and a customisable button. These controls, along with sound settings and Personal Sound profiles, can be managed using the Nothing X app. Personal Sound uses ear profile data to tune audio output based on individual hearing characteristics. CMF claims the headphones deliver up to 100 hours of playback without ANC and up to 50 hours with ANC enabled. Fast charging via USB Type-C allows up to 8 hours of listening from a 5-minute charge with ANC off, while a full charge takes under 2 hours. The headphones also support charging from a smartphone using a USB Type-C to Type-C cable.
