He also remembered his vision in founding Hyderabad’s Hitech City in 1995. He said that Andhra Pradesh is working with the Government of India, IBM, TCS, and IIT Madras to promote Deep Technology.

With a strong belief that the future of India lies with its youth, Naidu recognized the importance of IIT Madras in the spread of knowledge and commended its role in the development of companies like Agnikul Cosmos and Mindgrove Technologies, which have elevated India to the forefront of semiconductor and space innovation.

He considered India’s economic development, remembering the mixed economy that existed before to liberalization and the effects of the economic reforms of 1992. He talked about how his suggestion to de-regulate the telecom industry fueled digital change. In addition to highlighting the contribution of Telugu leaders like Satya Nadella to global technology, he recalled his meeting with Bill Gates in the 1990s, which resulted in the founding of Microsoft in Hyderabad.

Naidu discussed the digital transformation in India, pointing to successful initiatives like Aadhaar and UPI. As he had previously predicted, solar electricity currently costs Rs 2 per unit, demonstrating Andhra Pradesh’s leadership in green energy. Within five years, India wants to generate 500 GW of green energy, of which 160 GW would come from Andhra Pradesh. An estimated Rs 10 lakh crore would be invested in green energy in AP, resulting in the creation of 7.5 lakh employment. According to him, Reliance is funding bioenergy projects and NTPC is establishing a green hydrogen plant. Speaking about governance and policy, Naidu emphasized the value of stable policies while cautioning about the detrimental effects of unstable systems in other nations. He urged more charitable contributions and emphasized the need of public-private cooperation in education. “Andhra Pradesh’s IT policy has been a game-changer, proving that policymakers and technocrats must work together,” he said.

Naidu gave entrepreneurs and students the reassurance that Andhra Pradesh is prepared to provide proof-of-concept chances to creative firms. He reaffirmed his hope for India’s future, emphasizing that with the correct leadership and technical developments, the nation will achieve double-digit economic growth and become a worldwide leader by 2047.
