In this role, he will be responsible for leading enterprise digital platforms, ERP transformation initiatives and global hub operations from Hyderabad, strengthening the company’s digital foundation across international markets.
With nearly 8 years at Reckitt, Chakravarthy has steadily progressed through multiple leadership roles, building deep expertise across digital, ERP and global technology operations. Prior to this appointment, he served as Center Head of the Global Hub in Hyderabad, where he played a central role in expanding the hub’s digital delivery capabilities and driving large scale enterprise platform transformation programs.
Earlier at Reckitt, Chakravarthy held several senior technology leadership positions. These included Regional CIO for ASEAN and EU at Mead Johnson Nutrition, IT Director for Enterprise Products and Platforms, IT Director for SAP, and Senior IS Manager. Across these roles, he led complex multi country SAP programs, ERP modernization efforts and digital platform initiatives supporting diverse business units.
Before joining Reckitt, Chakravarthy built strong enterprise technology consulting experience with organizations such as Techwave, itelligence, IBM, Wipro, Infosys and Zensar Technologies. During this phase of his career, he delivered SAP and enterprise systems transformation projects for leading global brands including Mead Johnson Nutrition, Caterpillar, Kellogg’s, ITC, GOJO Industries, Johnsonville Foods, Sauder Woodworking and Syngenta.
Chakravarthy’s appointment reflects Reckitt’s continued focus on strengthening its global digital and ERP capabilities while scaling the strategic importance of its Hyderabad hub as a key technology and delivery center.
