Nihar Nidhi’s new role marks an important step in a distinguished career of more than twenty years in global operations, strategy and large scale organisational leadership.
At Catalyst Brands, Nihar will guide the company’s presence in India. He will work on strengthening operational excellence and lead strategic growth plans across major business areas.
Nihar joins the organisation after spending close to twenty one years with JPMorganChase. During his tenure there, he held several senior leadership positions including Managing Director and CEO for the Philippines Global Service Center. He also led the offshore Consumer and Community Banking Operations for India and the Philippines. His work involved scaling large teams, building strong capabilities in data, analytics and product management and running global performance excellence programs.
His deep knowledge in operations strategy, organisational culture and customer experience prepares him well for this new responsibility at Catalyst Brands.
