In her new role, Carrie will lead a unified people operating model that brings together People Business Partners, Employee Relations, People Analytics, and People Solutions. The aim is to create a more strategic, proactive, and business-aligned HR function.
Previously, Carrie served as Vice President, People Operations, Analytics, and Technology at Procore Technologies. In that role, she led people technology, analytics, shared services, and M&A integration, helping scale the organisation’s people function for its next phase of growth.
Before Procore, she held leadership roles at Workday, including Vice President, Talent Acquisition. There, she led global hiring strategies across product, technology, marketing, and corporate functions, while driving workforce planning and talent transformation initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Carrie worked at Salesforce and Marketo, leading HR business partner teams across global functions. She began her HR journey with PlayStation and Swinerton Builders, building strong expertise in talent development, HR strategy, and organisational effectiveness.
