In a move aligned with the rapid growth of India’s Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem, Careernet has shifted its Hyderabad office to a larger and more strategically located facility. The expansion reflects the company’s focus on strengthening its support for GCCs as they scale operations across the country.
The new office is positioned closer to Hyderabad’s fast-growing GCC cluster, allowing Careernet to engage more effectively with organizations setting up and expanding their India operations. The company will continue to offer end-to-end talent solutions, including workforce strategy, talent consulting, and recruitment, to help businesses build and grow their teams.
The relocation comes amid a significant surge in India’s GCC landscape, with cities like Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Pune emerging as key hubs for multinational companies establishing innovation, engineering, and digital capability centers. As global firms expand existing setups and launch new centers, the demand for highly skilled and specialized talent is rising sharply.
“India’s Global Capability Center landscape is evolving rapidly from cost-arbitrage hubs to strategic innovation centers. Today, many GCCs are building teams in advanced engineering, AI, data science, cybersecurity, and product development — roles that require highly specialized talent. Hyderabad has become a key destination in this shift, attracting global companies looking to scale high-value capabilities. Being closer to this ecosystem allows us to work more closely with organizations as they design, build, and scale their India talent strategy,” said Mr. Neelabh Shukla, Chief Business Officer, Careernet.
By moving to a larger facility, Careernet aims to improve on-ground collaboration with clients and enhance its ability to support GCCs in building high-impact teams. The new office will act as a strategic hub for delivering agile, data-driven hiring solutions and helping organizations tap into India’s deep and diverse talent pool as they expand.
