In his new role, Ramandeep leads the national risk strategy for retail mortgage, housing loans, and LAP portfolios. His mandate includes strengthening credit governance, enhancing portfolio quality, and ensuring sustainable growth.
He is responsible for designing and implementing risk frameworks across underwriting, policy, portfolio monitoring, and early warning systems. He works closely with business and operations teams to align expansion plans with disciplined risk management.
Before joining Capri Global Housing Finance Ltd., Ramandeep served as Director Credit at Ambak. There, he streamlined home loan processing systems and managed the end-to-end credit lifecycle to enable efficient and timely approvals.
Ramandeep previously held senior credit leadership roles at India Mortgage Guarantee Corporation, where he worked as Credit Head – North, East & Central and Credit Head – South India. In these roles, he managed underwriting operations across regions and implemented strategic initiatives to strengthen credit quality and operational efficiency.
Earlier in his career, Ramandeep worked with Shriram City Union Finance, Avanse Financial Services Ltd., and RBL Bank, building strong expertise in retail asset credit underwriting, SME lending, and risk operations. He also held multiple leadership roles at Gurunanak Associates, overseeing credit, collections, operations, and business management.
Ramandeep Singh Sadana holds an MBA in Finance from London School of Economics and Political Science.
