Cricket Australia has appointed Brooke Adams as Head of People, Culture and Inclusion. In this role, Adams will lead people strategy, employee experience, and inclusion initiatives, supporting Cricket Australia’s commitment to fostering a positive, high-performance organizational culture.
Adams has been with Cricket Australia for nearly four years, most recently serving as Senior People & Culture Business Partner. In this role, she contributed to organizational transformation, leadership development, and workforce engagement programs, positioning her to lead the broader people, culture, and inclusion agenda.
Prior to Cricket Australia, Adams spent over seven years at Tabcorp as a People & Culture Business Partner, supporting large-scale HR initiatives, employee engagement, and talent strategies in a highly regulated industry. She also served as People and Culture Manager at Thomas Duryea Consulting (later Logicalis Asia Pacific), and held HR advisory roles with Adapt (a Datapipe company) and Alpha Trains Group in the United Kingdom. Early in her career, she worked as an HR Administrator at Mokum Change Management Ltd.
Adams holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University.
